What materials are used in Cushion Lab products?
We use our proprietary Extra-Dense Hyper-Soft memory foam and premium, breathable fabrics. All our materials are CertiPUR-US certified to ensure they are free from harmful chemicals and safe for your home.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the continental U.S. usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer a trial period for your cushions?
Yes! We offer a 30-day sleep and sit trial. If you are not completely satisfied with your comfort experience, you can return your product for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.
How do I clean my Cushion Lab products?
Most of our products feature a removable, machine-washable cover. We recommend washing the cover in cold water on a gentle cycle and air drying. The internal memory foam should not be submerged in water.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working hard to expand our shipping capabilities to bring better comfort to customers worldwide in the near future.
